Dear Parent / Carer

Here is some important information about upcoming events and dates leading up to the end of this term:

• Year 5/6 Open Afternoon - this afternoon - Thursday 27^th March at 2.30 pm: Only one adult per child and no siblings please.
• Mrs Cass’s retirement donations: Please note that this Friday is the last day that donations can be made for Mrs Cass’s retirement collection via the School Hub.  If you have already donated, the card will be available to sign at the School Office from this Friday morning.
• SATs Revision Club: We are holding the ‘owed’ session on Monday 31^st March after School.
• Easter Sports – Tuesday 1^st April: We are holding our Easter Sports session on the morning of Tuesday 1^st April.   Children will need to have their PE kits in School that day please.
• Reception Open Afternoon – Tuesday 1^st April: This is being held next Tuesday afternoon at 2.45 pm – again only one adult per child and no siblings please.
• Easter Service at Church – Thursday 3^rd April: We are looking for some adult volunteers to walk to St Paul’s Church with us on Thursday 3^rd April leaving School at 10.30 am please.  If you are able to help, please let us know asap.
• Staff Training – Thursday 3^rd April: Due to staff training next Thursday after School, unfortunately there will be NO Den, Film Club or Cartoon Drawing Club.  Both Cartoon Club and Film Club ‘owed’ sessions will be held on the Wednesday after Easter (23/04/25).
• 80’s Dress-Up Day – Friday 4^th April:  Reminder - As part of Mrs Cass’s retirement celebration, we are having an 80’s dress-up day on Friday 4^th  We can’t wait to see what you will all be wearing!
• Reminder about our Giant Easter Egg Raffle: Tickets need to be returned to School with money by the morning of Friday 4^th  If you would like any more tickets, please can you call in at the School Office.  We would appreciate the donation of Easter eggs for prizes please.
• Year 5/6 children need a plastic bottle please: Could all Year 5/6 children bring in a 500ml bottle in preparation for a workshop that they will be doing on 24^th April please.
• Decorated Egg Competition: Entries to be sent into School by the morning of Friday 4^th April please (don’t forget we also have an adult’s category!). 
• Last day of Term: Friday 4^th April at normal home time – Den available as usual.  We return to School on Tuesday 22^nd
• FUNds4Us Movie Nite – Thursday 24^th April: FUNds4Us are kindly organising a Movie Nite on 24/04/25 starting at 3.30 pm.  Payment is via the School Hub please (£5 per child; £3.50 per sibling).
