Dear Parent / Carer

Here’s some important information on dates / events coming up:

• Arbor in-app messaging system: As detailed in this week’s newsletter, we will no longer be using the Jotter app for communications from tomorrow – this will be replaced with Arbor in-app messaging.  Please see the help centre information below for further details, or click here to complete your account, using the user name that was emailed to you on 04/04/25.   If your device does not support the link, there is a copy available on our School website under: https://www.frizington-pri.cumbria.sch.uk/parent-information/letters-1/letters-spring-2025.  We would appreciate it if you could please check your junk/spam box before asking us to resend the link to your email address.  If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact the School Office.
  
• Club Bookings: All children have a place in their chosen club.  We do need more attendees on both the Athletics Club and Papercraft Club to make them viable.  There are still some spaces left in all clubs, except for the Baking Club which is now full.  If you want to book any places on any of these clubs, please contact the School Office as the booking form is now closed.

• Year 5 Keswick School Open Evening 25/06/25: Keswick School are holding their Open Evening for Year 5 pupils and parents from 5pm on 25/06/25 – to find out more and book a place please use this link: https://www.keswick.cumbria.sch.uk/admissions/year-5-open-evening

• Class Photos – Mon 28/04/25: These are being taken on Monday morning in School (not individual photographs).

• REACT Celebratory evening – Mon 28/04/25: The parent/carers of the children that took part in the STEM visit to Oxford are invited to attend a celebratory evening on Monday at 4.00 pm at St Joseph’s.
